I've been reading up on new trends in the bridal industry and how it would relate to The Bistro. One of the biggest things I found was that brides seem to be looking for less formal and more fun rehearsal dinner places. I can relate to this completely. My wedding was at a very formal elegant location, but we wanted our Rehearsal dinner to be fun and youthful and a bit more relaxed. I can't even tell you how hard it was to find a place like that, in fact we never really did. We had to compromise. We researched nearly every available local restaurant, hotel, party spot and 99% of them didn't even have an option to have a private party let alone do a personalized menu. The options we had were not the greatest. With that being said...The Bistro at Our Town is everything I was looking for years ago and I am sure it is what you are looking for too!
