Bread sticks centerpieces with a Basil Pesto Dipping Sauce/ plus Crostinis with Roasted Peppers and Shaved Provolone
Frito Misto- Fried Mushroom, Eggplant and Zucchini Matchsticks served with a Artichoke Dipping Sauce with a Sicilian Blood Orange Salad,
Pizza Course- Traditional Neapolitan (Naples) plus Gorgonzola Mousse and Arugula (Rome)
Caprice Napoleons - individual Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil Salad
Main Course:
Beef Bourguignon, (Tuscany)
Chicken Cacciatore (Rome)
Roasted Red Pepper Ravioli over a Parmesan Pepper Cream Sauce
Cold Broccoli Salad
Dessert:
Frozen Cannoli Cupcakes (hopefully my experiment works, lol)
